Meet the Karpuzi family – parents, bakers, and the creators of Freya Jane’s. Inspired by our five little taste-testers, we built this cozy spot as a place for families, friends and food lovers to gather, indulge, and feel at home.
We believe in creating moments of joy through exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere where everyone belongs.
Why "Freya Jane's"
The name is a nod to our daughter, the original Freya Jane – a little force of nature with a braid, a Barbie in one hand and a pastry in the other.
Her imagination, curiosity, and sweetness helped shape everything from our menu to our brand. But “Freya Jane’s” also represents every child – and the families who walk through our doors – bringing warmth, wonder and joy into our space.

At Freya Jane’s, we believe food should be both beautiful and comforting. That coffee should be brewed with care. That the best memories are made around shared meals. And that it’s still possible to slow down and savor something real – even just for a few minutes.
